About Town Public Manners Impulse Control

Graduates of Basic Manners Class

We take your dog’s manners on the road to practice – walking without pulling, not getting into food crumbs or garbage, coming when called, saying hello to people politely, meeting other dogs nicely, and focused manners all about town.

Being Calm & and minding his/her own business.

Listening to You: Paying attention — at a park, shopping complex, coffee shop or just relaxing walks in the neighborhood; coming when called in the presence of other dogs, not picking food crumbs or garbage; and dropping items on cue.

Self Control: Not jumping on strangers on walks; polite greeting; “leave-it” & “drop-it” when out and about.

Public Manners: Walking nicely on a leash, settling down calmly while you have coffee or have dinner at a restaurant.

What Our Clients Say

“I took several classes with D For Dog and loved all of them. I really enjoyed that many of the classes were held in different locations around town so your pup gets to practice the skills in the real world.”

“The one thing that sets Kaajal apart from other trainers is that she uses Positive reinforcement methods and is remarkably good at training humans in how they connect with their puppy as that sets the right foundation.”
