Frequently Asked Questions

We focus on rewarding desired behaviors rather than punishing unwanted ones. This approach is neither bribery nor a gimmick; it is based on the science of animal learning, where pleasant consequences increase the likelihood that a dog will repeat a behavior. By using this approach, we teach your dog what we want them to do in different situations, fostering confidence, building a stronger bond, and making training something your dog genuinely enjoys.

Outings are carefully planned and trainer-led. Group size is kept small, and we choose locations that allow for safe spacing, gradual exposure, and positive learning experiences.

We understand that life happens. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds and rescheduling options depend on notice given and program type.

Yes, whenever possible. Missed classes can often be made up in another session or by Zoom, depending on availability.

That’s okay! We offer a Leash-Reactive Group Class where trainers provide strategies, guidance, and adjustments to help dogs handle triggers more confidently in a controlled setting. If your dog needs more individualized attention, we’ll recommend private coaching to set them up for success.

“The one thing that sets Kaajal apart from other trainers is that she uses Positive reinforcement methods and is remarkably good at training humans in how they connect with their puppy as that sets the right foundation.”
